I am Priestess Ganesa and I'm a passionate advocate for holistic health, plant-based living, energy healing, and the profound interconnectedness of all aspects of existence. As a first-generation American of Afro-Cuban descent, my rich cultural heritage and upbringing have shaped my deep understanding and profound connection with the spiritual realm. Raised by my grandmother, I was immersed in the mystical world of energy healing and spiritual practices from a young age. My grandmother instilled in me a deep reverence for ancestral wisdom and the power of healing through energy. Driven by my insatiable curiosity, I sought to explore the similarities between my ancestral beliefs and other spiritual traditions. Intrigued by my namesake, the Hindu god Ganesa, I began an exploration into other traditions beginning with the realms of Hinduism and discovered remarkable parallels in the interconnectedness of all things, thus creating the spark of understanding that eventually led me to live a plant-based lifestyle. With a profound respect for diverse spiritual paths, I am an ordained minister, yoga instructor, lightworker, energy healer, and shamanic apprentice. Through my teachings, I empower individuals to unlock their innate healing abilities and cultivate a deeper connection with their true selves and with the universal life force.
